We welcome Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and service animals as required by federal and California fair housing laws. To qualify, residents must provide a valid ESA letter from a licensed California mental health professional. 

We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of all assistance animal requests in accordance with AB 468. 

For pets not qualifying as ESAs or service animals, approval is at our sole discretion, and standard breed, size, and number restrictions apply.
