We welcome Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and service animals as required by federal and California fair housing laws. To qualify, residents must provide a valid ESA letter from a licensed California mental health professional. 

We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of all assistance animal requests in accordance with AB 468. 

For pets not qualifying as ESAs and/or for non-service animals, approval is at our sole discretion, and standard breed, size, and number restrictions may apply.
